Indoor Exhibits

The Indoor Exhibits at the Fair showcase the abundance of talent found in our community. Entrants display their skills in schoolwork, handicrafts, quilting, baking, photography, gardening, and preserves.

Entrants require an exhibitor number and pay a membership fee. Call Laureen Cairns at (306) 646-7449 for your exhibitor number. Entry tags can be picked up at the Maryfield Corner Store or at the rink on Fair Day.

The membership fee is $5.00 for five entries plus $1.00 per entry for each subsequent entry.

Class O – Junior Work (6 to 18 years old) membership fees are $3.00 for five entries plus $1.00 per entry for each subsequent entry. Class O - Preschool (under 6 years old) entries are free. Each entrant’s age must be clearly labelled on their entry tags.

All entries must be tagged and dropped off in the correct area of the Indoor Exhibits space by 9:00 am on Fair Day. Late entries will not be accepted. Entries are to be on display until 4:30 pm and should be removed by 5:00 pm on Fair Day.
